Security Measures:

You will take all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access to the Course Materials and protect the confidentiality of your login details.

Duration:

This agreement remains in effect for five (5) years from the date of your course purchase.

Violations and Penalties:

Any violation of this NDA may result in immediate termination of access to the course without a refund and may subject you to legal action for damages.
